Place matters..

Hi folks..Mumbai evening... I'm sitting in the window and looking towards the lush green football ground surrounded by willowy trees and a beautiful garden of Somaiya campus.. and suddenly a thought struck in my mind.., "Ohh... What a beautiful place for sipping on a glass of wine..!"
There's always one question comes in my mind.. "what compliments what..?" Whether a quality wine make the place,"perfect"..or .. a refreshing tranquil place makes that toast of wine special for you..? Opps....I think I'm still confused..!

In my opinion.. a magnificent place is not something like "Wine and Cheese" which can be described  like,"made for each other".. In this scenario, I guess importance of place dominates the equation..Guys, just think sipping on a glass of Chenin blanc by sitting on a rooftop with stunning view of The Alps... or some magnificent Scottish castle..  and having the same drink in a sports bar..!! There's a drastic difference in both the experiences..   This is where the specialty of this drink lies..

At the end .. the food for thought is that,.. just think and you will find the resemblance between above situation and a famous proverb, "A man is_______the company he keeps..!!"  Please..please don't think much.. let's end with a famous jock and a glass of sauvignon blanc..

An old women sipping a glass of wine, sitting on patio with her husband..
She says,"I live you so much..I don't know how I could ever live without you.."
Husband asks, "Is that you..? or the wine talking?"
She replies, "It's me...talking to my wine..!!"

Cheers..!!

It's all about Di'wine'

Wine.. a divine experience..

I don't know what attracts me towards wine, but whenever I use to swirl a glass of wine, I always find that,"ohh.. there is something very different inside this divine drink..

It may be the out of the world colour combinations available in wine and the way those fancy reflections and glamorous spreading of light coming out through the glass, full of wine, kept exposed to the sky..

Or it may be the complete different style of drinking which gives a perfect feel of luxury and style.. I always feel that, the unique drinking style of wine teaches you,"patience.." and dark taste of Satori and Shiraz demonstrates the ability of controlled use of seamless power within you..

But.. Then I suddenly realised.., "Ohh ya... the very special proposition of wine.." just like your life my friend, wine also starts becoming more mature day by day... Integrates herself with her own world so nicely and suddenly appears as an Elegant Sparkling Drink... The Champagne.. !!

Well.. as this is my very first blog, let me keep it small and sweet just like a glass of late harvest chenin blanc..
n'Joy... Cheers..
